but also another thing we haven't had any people come to church so none of our investigators yet and that's a little hard because they need to be going to church in order to be baptized and in order for their testimonies to grow and yeah just so many experiences on Saturday we went to visit Joseph again who we met with Anit and who is a pentecostal and super religious and he is so nice and he just asked us to come back and said he had friends and he had these 3 guys that were like 30 plus and they offered to make us buko juice and chopped cocunuts and then said they wanted to listen to our thing by the beach so we followed them to this abandoned resort thing with chairs like within 4 feet of the water ahh so beautiful but we were kind of confused and a ltitle uneasy because it was just us and these 4 men, but we shared and the spirit was actually so there and one of the guys said he felt something in his heart and they asked if they could go to church!!!! so they didn't actually come sadly but it was so interesting I really hope they still have that desire and felt something!!!!
Also we went to the Sabalandi and they are so wonderful oh my goodness we had so much hope they could come to church because ah SO NINDOT we went to visit them and sister hulon just looked at me and waited for me to talk and i just started but i totally blanked what our lesson was about so i just said "today we are going to talk about..." and was waiting for the spirit to fill in the rest and then sister hulon said prayer and then we got to talk about prayer and we read about prayer in 3 nephi an raol just testified that he tries to pray so much and they feel so many temptations and trials come up every sunday even though they want to go to church and they just said they were really going to try and their family was so sick like they are the ones with the bed of cardboard and thats their whole house and they have been so sick and havent eaten in so many dyas and i am still trying to find the line between like the gospel being all you need but also physical needs being met first and how they dont have food but i am trying not to be apologetic about extending commintments, but doing them out of love and not overbearance.
Also we visited a less active yesterday and talked about the sabbath day and they said they really were going to go to church but how they are so tired and it was so hard and sister hulon started crying and sharing how they knew what they needed to do but they needed to actually do that because there salvation was on the line.
ahh it was super powerful and also on sunday we looked through our branch list which is sooo long and i felt like we should try to visit people on their bdays if possible. so we found joey had a birthday and we only had the city where he lived (buranduay) and we asked around like 50 people to try to find his house and WE DID and he is like 30 and hasnt seen missionaries in over 10 years or gone to church but was sooo honored and felt so happy we found his house and his mom her heart seemed so opened to us and we are going back on sunday so i really hope that we are able to share gods love and strengthen his testimony again!!!
Also we were walking one day in nunka and its one of the really countryish like bukid places and i just felt like we NEEDED To find new people but we were just walking so much so i felt like the next person we saw we needed to stop and i saw a man sweeping the ground and I told sister Hulon we had to go and he was like ah no what are we gong to say but we just went up to him and he grabbed chairs for u to sit without even asking what was happening and then we got to talk to him and his wife died 2 years ago and they are so young he has a 3 year old daughter and when we sang families can be together forever his face just seemed to change and the we got to share about everything until jospeh sith an he said that he Catholic and it is the same besides jospeh smith an we tried to explain that it wasn't really like that, but hopefully he felt the spirit and we are going to return hopefully!!!!! Bobby thats his name!!!!
Also I am just trying to be so much better because sister hulon is so wonderful and she has been kind of feeling like she isn't as great as she is and sometimes i just try to focus on the work so much but ah its hard I just fee like i need to be giving my whole soul and heart and ah but it's soo good. and remember Elena that is like 70 that is less active because she lives so far and we visited her on her bday?! We visited her again and i printed out the picture i took o her and gave it to her and she was just so happy and she was so good at talking about come follow me and she listens to hymns every week even if she cant go to church.
Oh also we give talks every 3 weeks in our branch so on Sunday we gave talks and i felt like I should talk about kind of similar to my farewell like faith over fear and how we shouldn't fear and ahhh sometimes i just dont know if I know bisaya at all and other times the spirit just takes over and helps me soo much/ Balamban is soo good and we really just need to find more progressing people but it is so good and also the people ah they just serve so much and I am so grateful to be here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and also the street food is so good like I just buy fried chicken and rice balls off the street its soo good and we still love bread for 5 pisos and i tried pineapple fo the first time soo good here!!!!!!!!!!!!

i LOOOOVEEEEE That temple in cebu sooo beautiful and we got to sit in the room waiting for almost an hour and it was so good to think and be able to just poner without other distractions and then SISTER BRADSAHAW walked in!! it felt like maybe what it would feel like if we were in heaven and yoru friend came ahhh it was so happy and i was the last person in the celestion room and when i opened my eyes from praying i just didnt want to leave it felt sooo peaceful and it has been 2 months since my last time there to the day and it just felt so good to be back ahhhh so true what you said and I LOVE YOUUU
