HI!!!!!!! another week!!!! I seriously am so amazed how the weeks fly by soo fast ah this week I was reminded of how important true charity and love for others is and how it changes lives. For reals! Love for the companion, the members, the area, for those people on the street, charity is so important and is so directly related to faith, and hope! I got to see Sister Leavitt and Sister Hulon and I too testify that God's plan is PERFECT even if we don't always understand why things happen. I love getting to experience the same things Alma expressed in seeing his brethren in Alma 17 that they continue to wax strong in the truth and having power and authority from God I love them so very much! And Sister Leavitt was able to show me that perfect love she had for all of her minahal diri sa Busay and it made me want to continue to pray for and show that same love! one day we were trying to find a girl we had met on the street one day and we were asking around her neighbors and things and these 2 women kindly directed us the other way and said they were busy but then we asked about if they believed in eternal familes, and they let us in and shared how they are so scared of death because they just don't know what will happen OKAY A QUESTION OF THE SOUL and how blessed that the Book of Mormon and restored gospel can answer that question!!! It was so wonderful to see her desire and we are so excited to keep going back and teaching about the hope we all have!
also on sunday we just went to brother junards house and he had just woken up but we invited him to church and it was so good!!! its been so interesting sharing about Christ and our heavenly father to someone with no background in that but it has for sure strengthened my own testimony of how real they are and how they are a part of our lives every minute of everyday. I studied about that reconciliation first to your brother before to Christ and I testify that it is necessary that we forgive and love and trust and repent first to our siblings here on earth and then use the Atonement so every aspect of our lives (the way we breathe, the way we think, the way we act, the way we love, EVERYTHING) changes and we become new creatures and reconciled to God. I love love love this gospel and the trust our Heavenly Father has in His children to share the truth here in the Philippines Cebu Mission I am so happy to serve Him and thank you for everything!!! also the face to face AH so good we got to watch it and discuss how we choose to be happy in all relationships or wherever we are and we can chose to be happy as we hike up the sides of busay or climb into a really crowded jeepney or eat 14 chicken feet and I have so experienced that!!! love Sister Mille
